Most gated communities and condo buildings in the Coachella Valley require it before the truck is allowed in. A licensed, insured mover can email one within a day.

Book movers two to three weeks out, have the certificate of insurance and gate access arranged before move day, and decide early what stays in local storage versus what rides north.
