A lot of Yucca Valley moves aren't house-to-house at all: they're storage shuffles. With the storage lots strung along Highway 62 and Old Woman Springs Road, we spend plenty of mornings emptying a 10×20 into a new place — or packing one tight enough that you stop paying for a second unit.

Dirt roads off 247 are no problem
Homesteads out toward Flamingo Heights and Landers often mean a mile of washboard. We slow down, strap double, and have never lost a dresser to Old Woman Springs Road.
Mind the elevation on the way up
Coming up from the valley you climb about 3,000 feet. Loads shift on the 62 grade if they're packed loose — ours aren't, and that's half the reason people call us instead of renting a truck.

Sometimes. We're forty-five minutes down the grade in Thousand Palms, so if a crew is free in the morning we can be at your door before lunch. Call early and we'll tell you straight.
Can you move me out of a storage unit on Highway 62?
All the time. We'll meet you at the gate, load straight from the unit, and if you're downsizing we can run a second stop to the thrift store or the dump.
