Office & commercial moving
Offices, clinics, salons, restaurants and shops across the valley. After hours and weekends, so you open on Monday.
Office and commercial moving is a scheduled move of a business, from a two-desk office to a clinic, salon, restaurant or warehouse bay, planned around your hours so the doors reopen on time.
Commercial moves in the Coachella Valley are mostly small businesses: a dental office moving across Indio, a salon trading up on El Paseo, a real-estate office going from Palm Springs to Rancho Mirage, a restaurant kitchen moving its equipment to a bigger space in Coachella. The job is the same as a house move with two differences: there is a hard deadline, and somebody's income depends on it.
So we plan it like one. A walkthrough or photos first, a crew sized to the square footage, and a schedule that puts the heavy work on a Friday evening or over a weekend. Desks come apart and go back together, files stay in order, and the equipment that cannot be replaced at the outlet is wrapped like it matters.

Every job- Walkthrough or photo estimate with a flat or capped quote
- After-hours, overnight and weekend scheduling at the same rate

How it works
Three steps- 01
Walk it with us
A walkthrough or a set of photos gives us the count: desks, chairs, files, equipment, inventory. You get a quote and a timeline in writing.
- 02
We move it on your schedule
Friday after close or Saturday morning. Workstations come apart, electronics are padded and labeled, files stay in sequence.
- 03
Open Monday
Everything is set where your floor plan says, desks rebuilt, boxes in the right offices. You unpack the coffee machine; we take the pads.

Where we do thisMovers in Indio
Indio's medical and professional offices along Highway 111 and Jackson Street move in the evenings; we work to the landlord's elevator and dock hours.
Movers in Palm Desert
El Paseo shops and the office parks off Cook Street usually need a weekend move and a COI for the property manager; both are routine for us.
Movers in Palm Springs
Downtown and Uptown Palm Springs storefronts have tight loading zones and city parking rules; we scout the curb and start at first light.
Fair questions
Office & commercial moving FAQDo you move offices after hours or on weekends?
Yes, and at the same rate as weekdays. Most office moves in the valley run Friday evening into Saturday so the business opens Monday without losing a day.
Can you move medical, salon or restaurant equipment?
Yes. Dental chairs, treatment tables, salon stations, walk-in shelving, prep tables and reach-ins all ride padded and strapped. Tell us what plugs in and what weighs the most and we bring the right dolly.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for commercial buildings?
Always. Most office parks and landlords in Indio, Palm Desert and Palm Springs require one naming them; give us the requirements when you book and it is emailed before move day.
How is a commercial move priced?
Small offices are hourly like a house move; larger jobs get a flat or capped quote after a walkthrough. Either way you have the number in writing before anything is unplugged.
