Local moving is a full-service, hourly move within the 760 — a crew and a truck sized to your home, with everything padded, wrapped and strapped from your old door to your new one.
Most of what we do is local: a one-bedroom in Palm Springs to a two-bedroom in Cathedral City, a family house in Indio to a bigger one in La Quinta, an office moving three blocks down El Paseo. You book a start time, we show up with the truck and the gear, and the clock runs from arrival to the last piece placed.
The name says two men and a truck, but the job decides the crew. Two movers and a 26-foot truck covers most homes. A big house gets more hands and more truck, and we tell you the difference before you book — not on the invoice.

How it works
Three steps- 01
You call, we quote
Tell us the two addresses, the rough size and the date. You get an hourly rate, the minimum, and any travel charge in about two minutes.

We load
The crew arrives on time, pads the doorframes, wraps the furniture and loads it tight so nothing shifts on the Highway 62 grade or the 10.
- 03
You're moved
At the new place you point, we place. Beds go up first, boxes land in the right rooms, and we take the pads with us.

Local moving FAQHow does the 3-hour minimum work?
You book us for at least three hours — most one-bedroom moves land right around there. After that we bill by the half hour, so you never pay for time we didn't work.
What size truck do you bring?
We run trucks and trailers in every size up to the 26-footer. A one- or two-bedroom fits comfortably in a 26-foot truck; a larger house gets a second rig or a second trip, and we quote which one up front.
Do you move on weekends?
Seven days a week, and weekends cost the same as weekdays. Saturday slots fill first, especially at the end of the month, so book a week or two out.
