Guard gates, country clubs and estates. We bring the COI and the white gloves.
Rancho Mirage moving is mostly gate logistics. Rancho Las Palmas, Mission Hills, Thunderbird — nearly every address sits behind a guard who wants our names, our insurance certificate, and a resident's say-so before the truck rolls in. We handle all of that before move day, so the gate takes ninety seconds instead of an hour.
The jobs themselves skew careful: estate moves, downsizing from a club villa to a single-story, art and antiques that deserve better than shrink wrap. Two men who take their time beats six guys in a hurry — that's most of our Rancho Mirage business in one sentence.
We call the HOA or club office ahead, send the certificate of insurance, and get on the gate list before move day. You'll never watch your movers argue with a guard on your dime.
A lot of Rancho Mirage moves shrink a big house into a smaller one. We help triage — what goes to the new place, what ships to the kids, what goes to consignment — and we run those extra stops in the same trip.
Blanket-wrap standard, custom-boxed glass and art, and honest advice about the few pieces that want a specialty crate. Slow hands, no drama.
Yes — give us the community name when you book and we'll send our COI and crew names to the office ahead of time. We've moved residents in and out of most of the clubs along Bob Hope and Country Club.
It's a specialty. We work room by room, keep 'keep / ship / consign' loads separated on the truck, and make donation or consignment drop-offs in the same run.
Carefully, yes. Pads and wrap are standard; glass and art get boxed; and for museum-grade pieces we'll tell you honestly when a specialty crate is worth it before anything leaves the wall.
