Palm Springs moves come with homework. Condo complexes want a certificate of insurance before the elevator gets padded, HOAs have move-in windows, and half the furniture is mid-century pieces worth more than the truck. We do this run from the hi-desert almost daily, and we show up with the COI sent, the wrap ready, and a healthy respect for teak.
The other Palm Springs specialty is the pickup run: a credenza from the Uptown Design District, a chair from one of the consignment houses, an estate-sale haul from a Deepwell ranch house.
Blanket-wrap comes standard, corners get double-padded, and nothing rides unwrapped. We've moved Eames-era pieces out of Twin Palms and Movie Colony homes without a scuff — the finish matters and we treat it that way.
Many Palm Springs complexes require a certificate of insurance and a reserved elevator slot. Tell us the building when you book and we'll email the COI before move day — no standing in the lobby arguing with a property manager.
October through May the valley fills up and move dates go fast. Seasonal residents: book your arrival or departure a couple of weeks out and we'll hit the exact day your place is ready.

Yes — we're licensed and insured, and we'll email a certificate of insurance naming your HOA or management company before move day. Just give us the building's requirements when you book.
